Concrete garden accessories are naturally heavy. Actual shipping costs will be charged separately based on the shipping option you choose. We will email you with the cost of various shipping options to your address or to arrange pick up on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Return / Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will work with you to make things right. Garden accessories can be returned for refund or replacement. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If your product is received damaged, let the driver know that it is damaged and do not accept delivery. If delivery has been accepted, contact us right away so that we can contact the shipper for assistance.  If we are not contacted within 7 days of your receipt of the order, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Archon's concrete construction work is top of the line and we have many satisfied customers. As per industry norms, concrete construction work is non-refundable.
